About me
15+ years working with adults from all walks of life.
Behind every emotional struggle or relational pattern, there is usually an understandable
attempt to adapt. From an attachment perspective, even behaviours that feel confusing or
self-defeating can make sense as strategies that once helped us feel safe, protect ourselves,
or preserve important relationships.
Together, we can explore how these patterns came to be, whether they still serve you, and how
new ways of relating to yourself and others might emerge. My approach is humanistic,
integrative and attachment-informed, shaped by curiosity rather than judgement and supported
by postgraduate training in Attachment Studies in London.
I am a UK-qualified, BACP accredited and registered counsellor and psychotherapist, and I work
fully online with adults in the UK and internationally. I am bilingual in English and Spanish,
and have more than 15 years of clinical experience, including work with LGBTQI+ clients and
people from a wide range of cultural and personal backgrounds.
Therapy can offer a private, consistent space to make sense of what is happening in your life,
at a pace that feels right for you.
